BLUE POWER

The new, wrapped high-performance wedge belt optibelt BLUE POWER has a high-strength aramid cord and as an individual belt, as a set or as a Kraftband is particularly suited for large, heavily loaded drives.

The capacity of an optibelt BLUE POWER wedge belt is about twice that of a wedge belt with standard technical design. This corresponds to additional performance of up to 100%.

RED POWER 3 S=C PLUS

The next generation of RED POWER 3 V-belts and kraftbands produces results that are really worth talking about: up to 50 % more performance while at the same time cutting costs by up to 35 %.

SK S=C PLUS

The wrapped Optibelt SK wedge belt has been developed with mechanical engineering in mind. It transmits substantially more power than the classical V-belt with comparable top width, e.g. section SPB and section B/17.

The wrapped wedge belt has the famous Optibelt S=C PLUS attributes with an efficiency of approx. 97 % and is suitable for use in sets without additional measurement.

RED POWER 3 CLASSIC S=C PLUS

These belts are used if several pulleys are located on one level and the direction of rotation of one or multiple pulleys is to be changed. The OPTIBELT double section V-belt is ideally suited for use in typical serpentine designs.

No special grooved pulleys are required for the application of optibelt DK double section V-belts. The standard grooved pulleys of the corresponding sections can be applied. They are mainly used in agricultural machines and increasingly also in general engineering.

The extraordinary flexibility of the raw edge, moulded cogged SUPER TX V-Belts enables extremely small pulley diameters to be used.

High quality rubber compounds in connection with low stretch tension cords guarantee high power transmissions and increased operational life.

VARIO POWER

Profile: belt top widths from up to 100 mm belt thickness from 5 to 30 mm

The base compound consists of a polychloroprene rubber with fibres inlaid transversely to the running direction. The high quality and extremely low-stretch tension cord of polyester or aramid is embedded into a rubber cushion compound.

It is effectively supported by a fabric outer surface and by the base compound. The base compound provided with its incorporated transverse fibres provides transverse rigidity without sacrificing flexibility.

Optibelt VARIO POWER variable speed belts are preferably used for infinitely variable speed control. The special belt structure allows high dynamic loads, a superior power transmission capability and good control characteristics.

Also available as double-sided belt.
